We DO NOT repair FRM2 / FRMII modules or FRMFA modules.
Please check the label on your module before sending it to us.
How to identify an FRM3
Your module should have FRM3 or FRM3R clearly shown on the identification label.
FRM3 modules can be marked PL2 or PL3, so PL2 on its own does NOT confirm that the module is an FRM3.
The FRM3 is always housed in a plastic casing on both sides.
How to identify an FRM2 / FRMII the label identifies the unit as FRM II / FRM2 and the rear of the module has a metal backplate, this is an FRM2/FRMII.
DO NOT SEND FRM2 / FRMII MODULES TO US – WE DO NOT REPAIR THESE.
If you are unsure, simply send us a clear photograph of the label on the front of the module and the rear of the module before posting it.

Important Information Before booking, please note:
- We only repair genuine FRM3 modules.
- Modules damaged by fire, water ingress or previous repair attempts cannot always be repaired.
- If your vehicle has different symptoms from those listed above, we recommend booking a diagnostic inspection first.
- If the processor memory is irreparably corrupted, the module may require full coding and programming. This service is £199 in addition to the standard repair.
