we will then provide you with a link to purchase the parts or accessories yourself from various suppliers.
Please note that all customer-supplied parts remain the customer's responsibility.
Any time spent dealing with incorrect, incompatible or faulty parts, including fitting, diagnostics, programming or testing, remains fully chargeable.

Programming & Online Dealer Network Access

Where programming requires a connection to a manufacturer's online dealer network — for example ODIS for Volkswagen Group, FDRS for Ford, or SPS for Vauxhall — the manufacturer's or dealer network access charge will be added at cost, together with our standard hourly labour rate.

The average time required is approximately 90 minutes.

Online access charges are set by the manufacturer or network provider and can vary depending on the vehicle and the programming required.

You will always be notified of the exact cost before any work is carried out.
