what we actually do.

1. You arrange your booking and pay your deposit via ursula in the office.
she will give you a booking slot with date and time.

2. I will travel to your vehicle and carry out a diagnostic session costing from £85 see prices for full details
which comprises of:
  • Verifying the customer complaint.
  • Visual inspection.
  • Scanning the vehicle for any faults.
  • Identifying the fault from the information received.
  • Testing the wiring and components if possible (sometimes testing cannot be carried out due to the components position on the vehicle or the time taken to get to the component.)
  • Printing a report on component failure for a garage to replace.
  • OR
  • We will carry out the repair if able to do so if we don’t need parts at our hourly rate.
  • Making a further booking at a later date for repair if parts are needed or more time is needed.
  • Issuing an invoice to be paid immediately.
