Once the fault has been identified, one of the following will happen:

Your diagnostic appointment may include:
- Confirming the customer’s reported fault.
- A visual inspection of the affected system.
- A full diagnostic scan of the vehicle.
- Analysing the fault codes and live data.
- Testing wiring, sensors and components where accessible.
After the diagnosis
Once the fault has been identified, one of the following will happen:
- A diagnostic report will be provided, detailing the failed component(s), which can be supplied to your chosen garage for repair.
- We carry out the repair immediately if:
- it can be completed during the appointment,
- no additional parts are required, and
- sufficient time is available.
- Any repair work is charged at our standard hourly labour rate.
- A return visit will be arranged if replacement parts or additional time are required.
