what we actually do.
1. You arrange your booking and pay your deposit via ursula in the office.
she will give you a booking slot with date and time.
2. I will travel to your vehicle and carry out a diagnostic session which comprises of:

- Verifying the customer complaint.
- Visual inspection.
- Scanning the vehicle for any faults.
- Identifying the fault from the information received.
- Testing the wiring and components if possible (sometimes testing cannot be carried out due to the components position on the vehicle or the time taken to get to the component.)
- Printing a report on component failure for a garage to replace.
- OR
- Carrying out a repair if able to do so within the two hour timeslot allocated
- Making a further booking at a later date for repair if parts are needed or more time is needed.
- Issuing an invoice to be paid within 24 hours
