How does this work?

If you can wait a few days to get your cluster done then choose the Standard service at £200 which will be done at your address or in Cirencester whichever is the most convenient within a few days.
Premium express same day service
If you can’t be without your car choose the Express service at £250 and have it done the same day if you call before 12 pm also at your address
Mileage charge extra at time of booking.
WARNING
The cluster must be untouched.
If it has been tampered with in any way you will still be charged for a rectification repair which still might not cure your faults which we can identify during our diagnostics.

If of course you just bring us the cluster UNOPENED if you think it may be faulty we will carry out the repair but can only guarantee The repair itself, the car may still have electrical faults that we cant do anything about all we know is it won’t be the cluster.

If your cluster has already been tampered with then I am afraid it may be beyond repair. We have seen a lot of these now where someone watches a YouTube video and has a go themselves or gets an unqualified person to do the repair and completely ruins it.

Damaged by a previous faulty repair totally ruined
The Ford Focus instrument cluster is a very common failure, it will cause an intermittent failure of all instruments, lights and gauges. If the instrument cluster fails while driving then this will often cause the engine to cut out. If failure happens while attempting to start the vehicle then it will prevent the engine from starting. You will notice the immobilizer light flashes continuously when the instrument cluster fails and the mileage reading will only show dashes (-------) instead of the mileage. The fault normally always starts out as an intermittent fault but will become permanent with time.
In the meantime until we can get to you “BASH THE DASH” right on the top above the cluster and this quite often gives a temporary fix.
